Can You Change Your Shipping Address?
Once the order is placed PayPal do not allow changing address. However, you can change shipping address by adding your new address in “PayPal” before ordering and then choose your new shipping address at check out.

Please Note: Do not send any eBay message or add note in order for address change, as we cannot change your shipping address once order is placed.
We will dispatch items to PayPal registered address only. Please make sure your address is correct. Undelivered items will only be dispatched after re-payment of postage charges

Cancel my Order
Question: I have just bought the item and do not need any more or bought the wrong item; can you cancel or stop the
                 order straight away?

• Please send message through eBay and we will do our best to cancel or stop the order if possible (but not always
  possible) as we have an automatic system and it takes the orders from eBay and process them automatically.
• We will reply messages as 1st come 1st served basis and there may be other messages in queue before your
  message, it is not possible to jump and see your message 1st.
•  Please do not send 100’s of messages/emails as it will just delay our response time to other customers.
• If we were not able to cancel or stop your order and your order is shipped, please request RMA number for return
  through eBay messaging once you have received the item and we will be happy to assist you.

If Item Not Received:
We strive hard to process all orders according to our promise and rely on 3rd party couriers. If your item is delayed by courier, international local postal service or the International Customs Inspections, then we cannot be held responsible for delay.

Warranty / Returns
* On All our items, we offer 30 days peace of mind guarantee (refund or exchange), if you have any concern.
   Defective or damaged item during transit must be reported within 48 hours in receipt. Contact us through eBay
   messaging system
* Simply return the purchased item(s) within 30 days of receipt in its original (re-sellable) condition and packaging for a
   refund (minus Postage & Packaging) or exchange.
* FREE delivery is applicable within the UK Mainland only and free delivery is only applicable if you are intending to
   keep the item, it means postage is included in cost of the item.
* Any faulty item(s) or wrong item(s) must be returned within 30 days from receipt. It is customer’s responsibility to pay
  for return postage in any instance. It is advisable that customer should obtain proof of postage in case of rare event
  of the item not being received.
* We offer three months warranty on most of our items covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes
  any damage/mishandling caused by the user.
* If our supplied item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in touch with us via eBay messaging
   system for RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return instructions. If you return the item, you must return it
   with RMA number and copy of invoice, and must state reason for return.
* We can only refund or replace the item when we actually receive it back. All Returns are processed within 5 working
  days of receipt at our office.
